- Explore the meaning of strategy
- Appreciate that strategy can be applied to all walks of life including personal, project, sector, industry and business
Key Elements of Strategy
- Explore buy-in and commitment
- Understand how to best communicate strategy
- Understand SWOT analysis for internal considerations and PESTLE for external considerations
Sweet Spots and Hierarchy of Statements
- Understand how to select strategy using sweet spots
- Know how to define strategy under the hierarchy of statements
Embedding the Strategy
- Understand mission, vision and strategy in relation to renowned organisations
- Identify your organisation’s mission, vision and strategy and consider your contribution and fit
Stakeholder mapping
- Know to how define stakeholders
- Understand the need for action plans, goals and marketing actions to successfully executive a strategy
- Conduct a stakeholder mapping exercise to effectively manage stakeholders
