It is important that trainers are given the knowledge and skills needed to develop and successfully facilitate high-quality courses. The purpose of this workshop is to provide you, the trainer, with the tools, techniques, and confidence to run your own in-house training courses. It is appropriate for individuals new to running training and those who already run sessions and would welcome the opportunity to refine and refresh their skills.

The Trainer
This course is facilitated by Sheila McDerment. Sheila is a business psychologist and a coach. She runs her own consultancy, offering learning solutions for business performance and personal growth. Her aim is to help individuals and organisations to be productive, positive and healthy.
Sheila describes herself as a pracademic. She uses her strong academic background to design well-researched, evidence-based training that is also fun, interactive and useful.
