Taking on your first leadership role is a positive step in your career. Moving into a position where you will be leading teams and individuals brings with it a jumble of emotions including excitement, fear and anticipation. This programme is designed to support new leaders who are navigating this transition. The responsibilities of the role can be daunting, and involve new skills and priorities, as well as letting go of some old habits.
This programme is for you to gain confidence in your leadership qualities and abilities. Our role is to guide you in this transition by presenting models, frameworks, processes and experiences that will provide the scaffolding for new ways of working.

Coaching for action
Coaching is a process, and we aim to inspire calls to action after the programme through productive peer to peer conversations. This will help individuals to develop their impact and effectiveness in a context of continuous development.
This is best done in a coaching frame, as we view coaching as a high-level leadership skill. We will introduce the key aspects of coaching as a skill, as a process (the GROW model) and as a mindset.
Very good examples and live interactions. Good chance to learn from each other
