David Henshaw, previously Head of Project Management at NPS Group has over 17 years' experience of working with both private and public sectors in a wide range of complex and multi-stakeholder projects covering mixed use residential and commercial, retail, education and health markets. In addition to providing the core Project Management service, David has extensive experience acting as Development Manager on behalf of clients, optimising a projects viability from inception and ensuring that all projects commence with a robust business case and accepted risk profile from the outset.
