His new role encompasses arranging market appraisals with potential vendors, negotiating offers, carrying out viewings and progressing sales.
Warrick also advises potential clients on current market conditions and writes property descriptions for sales brochures.
He brings six years’ experience in the residential property market to Bidwells, gained with another Cambridge firm.
