Experienced in a broad range of commercial property work and ranked as a “leading individual” by the Legal 500, Chris joins a team of over 100 specialists and will focus on residential development and house builder work.
With his clients including, amongst others, local and regional house builders, Chris is adept at negotiating conditional and unconditional contracts, option agreements, overage and clawback agreements, site assembly, disposals of affordable housing and overseeing plot sales.
