Blendology Limited, the interactive event solutions company, will be showcasing its ‘tap-to-connect’ devices and applications at International CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas this week.

Blendology’s branded gadgets with the Company’s patented ‘tap’ technology allow users to connect with each other and objects at events just by ‘tapping’ their devices together. No pre-registration is required – it simply works. After the event, the user can simply plug the device into their computer to see all the connections they made and when, and add those connections to their online social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Exclusively at CES, Blendology will be announcing significant recent developments, including the extension of its tap-to-connect platform to USB memory devices for the consumer market and integration with all major mobile devices, plus many more new event features.

Blendology has developed and patented wireless technology offering instant wireless connectivity between devices.  The Company has applied this technology to the ProJoGroup and SoJoLife event solutions aimed at facilitating real-life professional and social networking.

Following significant customer interest, Blendology is announcing its integration with mobile devices at CES.  This new solution will offer many exciting benefits, including:

   - quick upload of connectivity data, 
   - ability to set up alerts on the device like Facebook, Twitter, 
   - ability to interact with friends, 
   - ability to use as proximity tag.

In addition, to meet the growing demand for wider availability of Blendology’s devices, Blendology is partnering with USB manufacturers and distributors to bring Blendology’s tap-to-connect technology to the consumer, adding information exchange capabilities to the familiar USB memory stick.

‘Location, location, location’ is fast becoming an important capability for the events market. Since everyone at a Blendology enabled event will have a tap device and exhibitors have fixed "tap point" devices, Blendology can now provide a very low cost indoor location and footfall analysis system. Event organisers and managers will be able to learn: which attendees went past individual stands; footfall density around the event; and patterns of attendance at seminars. Blendology's short range wireless technology has the unique ability to bring all of this to the event industry with no additional infrastructure.
