Cambridge - Xaar’s 2002 printhead is powering Brotech’s latest varnish embellishment module, debuting at Labelexpo Americas 2024. The innovative module is being showcased at Shenzhen Brotech Digital Graphics’ booth (5603), offering visitors an exclusive look at the future of label embellishments, varnishing, and cold foiling.

Brotech, a renowned manufacturer of label converting equipment, has integrated Xaar’s 2002 printhead into its new varnish embellishment module to deliver superior productivity and versatility. The module is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, intricate label finishes that enhance brand differentiation and product appeal.

Labelexpo Americas attendees will have the opportunity to see Brotech’s new varnish embellishment module in action. Powered by five Xaar 2002 printheads, the exceptional performance in applying textured varnishes, high-build tactile effects at over 100 microns, and cold foiling with unparalleled accuracy and efficiency will be evident. Xaar’s unique technologies, including High Laydown and TF Technology, enable the module to handle a wide range of fluids, delivering consistent, high-quality results across various label substrates.
