Empowering agility through experimentation
We work with businesses to identify new opportunities or even issues that need addressing to move their team, department, or business forwards. We will facilitate an initial workshop that allows large group participation to filter out what the single most important change that you need to try, in order to move forwards.
What would it look like?
- Brainstorming and throwing all ideas out there to identify an opportunity or issue.
- Create a common understanding of the value and cost of these items.
- Prioritise the items using the newly found knowledge of the room.
- Co-create a hypothesis for change - what experiment can you run?
- Decide what to do.
- Confirm the things we will measure to track our success or learnings.
What’s next?
We then will consult with you to see how your experiment is going and offer extended support to help build those change muscles. After the initial experiment ends, we can reflect, learn, share, and discuss the next steps and if we would be a suitable business partner.
