Our Cambridge-based PR & Marketing consultancy, which specialises in branding, strategy, marketing communication & engagement, has been shortlisted in the Small Consultancy of the Year category at the upcoming PRCA Dare 2021 Awards, run by the Public Relations & Communications Association (PRCA).
Decided by a panel of highly respected industry experts, the PRCA Dare Awards strive to seek out, reward and celebrate the very best in PR, communications and public affairs within each of the key regions and nations of the UK.
There are eight ceremonies of the DARE Awards, covering Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, the South East, the South West, the North East, the North West and the Midlands. cofinitive is in the South East category which covers London, Cambridgeshire, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and East Anglia.
Significantly, cofinitive is the only agency outside of London to be shortlisted in this category.
cofinitive founder and director, Faye Holland said: “I am enormously proud of the cofinitive team for such very deserving recognition. It says a lot that, out of the 18 PR consultancies shortlisted across the Small Consultancy of the Year, Medium Consultancy of the Year and Large Consultancy of the Year categories, apart from us and one other agency from Hampshire, the remaining 16 are all from London. And cofinitive is the only agency in the Small Consultancy of the Year category that is located outside of London!
“There is this common misconception that a London agency can ‘do a better job’. But, in the case of cofinitive, this simply isn’t true. cofinitive has integrity, guts and soul. We remain agile, resilient and visionary. We are, in short, absolute rock stars in what we deliver as those who already work with us already know.”
cofinitive’s PRCA Dare citation reflects the phenomenal work we did last year bringing solutions and breakthroughs to national attention. The coverage we secured was extensive and far-reaching - from BBC One’s flagship BBC Breakfast programme and Bloomberg’s Politics Show, through to being broadcast in 200 countries and 434 million households around the world on BBC World News, and inclusion in mainstream newspapers like The Daily Mail, Daily Express and The Mail on Sunday, in addition to industry and regional press.
The PRCA Dare South East region award winners will be announced on July 1st at one of the first physical post-pandemic black tie dinner ceremonies, which is being held at London’s iconic five-star Waldorf Hilton hotel, formerly known as the Waldorf Astoria.
Founded in 1969, the PRCA is the largest public relations trade association in Europe, with more than 12,000 members including agencies, in-house communications teams and individual media professionals. The association aims to raise standards in the PR and communications industry by sharing industry data, information, and best practices.
