The Cambridge Support team have done it again; winning an award for Service Excellence. On Thursday 5th September 2024, Cambridge Support was awarded a silver award for the category of Service Excellence from the SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards 2024.
A Team Effort
It was not too long ago in May that Phil, Helen, and Glen were collecting two gold awards and now they were present to receive another award on behalf of the entire team. But this award reflects the hard work from the entire team and is a moment of celebration for us all. The Service Excellence award is one that is highly valued by us because excellent customer service is at the core of our values. It is an award we continue to win year after year and this recognition reassures us that putting our customers first in everything we do leads to great things.
Earlier this year in May, Cambridge Support won two gold awards. Additionally in February we were recognised as the 9th fastest growing IT company in the UK by IT Channel Oxygen. So far, we have had an excellent year and this is all thanks to our customers and a great team.
We Are Going To The SME National Business Awards
We are glad to say that we are also finalists in the SME National Business Awards. The award night is on Friday 6th December 2024 at Wembley Stadium, London. Cambridge Support and Cambridge Kinetics will both be there as finalists. We know there are many amazing organisations out there and the competition will be tough, but we are hopeful!
