Compandben International, a Cambridge based company founded 2001 was sold to a larger group in 2021.
A new company, Le Cheminant International Ltd, has been set up to provide the same type and level of services -international HR advice, payroll set up and employer of record services.
Clients can have staff in new countries without setting up branches or subsidiaries or other forms of legal entity. There is also Le Cheminant Ireland, Lithuania and Poland but 120+ countries are covered.
As an example they have recently been arranging a payroll in Turkmenistan, and assisting a South African company to have staff in India.
