The official venue-finding service for the University of Cambridge, the Colleges and other unique properties has teamed up with Venue Experience which offers a bespoke system for gathering and collating delegate feedback.
From the beginning of December, delegates using one of the 50 venues in the Conference Cambridge portfolio will be able to give their views on the service they have received, the venue itself and Cambridge as a meetings destination.
Data is collated and communicated immediately, allowing for immediate responses and actions to be taken. The system will also be helpful for event organisers who can tap into delegate feedback for their own use, using the data collated by the portal and removing the need to produce manual event feedback reports.
Commenting on the introduction of Venue Experience, Judith Sloane, Deputy Manager at Conference Cambridge said: “We are always looking for ways to build on our success in terms of customer satisfaction and we’re keen to know what organisers and delegates think about our service and our venues. This innovative platform will give us a quick and efficient way to obtain organiser and delegate feedback which we can use to further improve our service.
“Also, as the system operates in real time, we will be able to collate feedback from the very start of an event which means any niggles that crop up can be dealt with immediately by our venues.”
Liz Carnell, Director at Venue Experience added: “We are delighted to be working with Conference Cambridge as it has given us the opportunity to adapt our product in order to offer a solution to organisations which book at multiple venues and who are committed to understanding and acting on their customer feedback. We welcome this partnership as we continue to enhance our online platform based on our own customers’ feedback.”
