Courier Company Cambridge has become the first of its kind to join the Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) corporate network Business in Action for Addenbrooke’s.

The management team at Courier Company Cambridge, made up of industry veterans Richard England and Josh Arbon, established themselves in the market over two years ago and is proud to be providing their customers with a service that is both modern and personal.

Courier Company Cambridge joins 20 other businesses in the area who are already supporting the development of Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie hospitals through membership to this network.

Standing out from the crowd, Courier Company Cambridge offer their customers total peace of mind with an online quote, booking and tracking service.  However, being technology savvy isn’t the only unique selling point of this business. This courier company trains and vets all of their drivers to ensure they lead the way with a level of service that every courier company aspires to deliver.  Being instantly recognisable in their striking green and grey attire, this growing business instills confidence in their clients that any of their drivers will be an extension to their clients business.

Richard England, Partner of Courier Company Cambridge said, "When looking for a charity to support, it was important for us to identify one that really makes a difference to our customers and the community that they live in. Joining the network at ACT has allowed us to invest our time, energy and money in our local area and is our way of saying a thank you to those that have supported our business since we became established two years ago."

Carla Brown, Corporate Fundraising Manager at ACT said, “As the dedicated charity for Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie, we are in a unique position to provide businesses with introductions to senior staff and key clinicians within the hospital, as well as organise visits for staff wishing to see firsthand the positive impact that fundraising can make.  We are delighted to welcome another new member to the Business in Action for Addenbrooke’s network and look forward to working closely with Courier Company Cambridge in the future.”
