Thus, employers must take steps to ensure that they are equipped to accommodate autistic employees.
McKinsey & Company's 2020 report revealed that companies with diverse teams had 36% better financial returns than their competitors. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for businesses to increase their financial returns while also promoting inclusivity.
