Culinary treats are recipe for successful client event

Guests at a recent Client Event organised by Conference Cambridge as a thank you, were treated to a range of culinary delights including a chocolate-making demonstration, a canapé masterclass, a cocktail tutorial and cheese and port tasting.

Over 40 representatives from local businesses and organisations attended the event at the Møller Centre to watch the demonstrations, as well as try their hand at the skills being shown.

Stephen Mather, Master Chocolatier and Head Chef at Sidney Sussex College gave the chocolate-making demonstration; the Møller Centre team provided the canapé masterclass; La Raza Events showed how to create cocktails; and Cheese+ offered the cheese and port tasting.

Mini beauty treatments were also available, courtesy of Clarins.

Kelly Vickers, Director of Conference Cambridge said: “It was great to see our regular clients at this event and to be able to thank them for their loyalty over the last year. We are also very grateful to the Møller Centre for hosting, suppliers who provided the demonstrations and those donating prizes for the raffle in aid of Cancer Research UK which raised £137.”

Conference Cambridge is the official free venue-finding service for Cambridge University and its Colleges, as well as hotels and other unique properties in the city.
