D&A helps launch Belbin GetSet

Having worked with the team at Belbin on materials to support their new website, D&A Creative was asked to help launch their newest product – Belbin GetSet. Belbin GetSet prepares teenagers and young adults for the next stage of their education or career, by helping them to learn about themselves and their behaviours.

Based just outside Cambridge, Belbin puts into practice its Team Role theory, originally developed by Dr Meredith Belbin. Studied on management courses around the world, and used every day in tens of thousands of organisations, Belbin has become the gold-standard method for identifying behavioural contributions in the workplace.

Having worked with the team at Belbin on materials to support their new website, D&A Creative was asked to help launch their newest product – Belbin GetSet. Belbin GetSet prepares teenagers and young adults for the next stage of their education or career, by helping them to learn about themselves and their behaviours. Whether applying for an apprenticeship or composing a personal statement for university application forms, Belbin GetSet offers students a way to describe the unique qualities they have to offer.

Developing the initial branding, D&A Creative explored a number of routes, which were tested to a small focus group of students. This helped refine the chosen design and supporting imagery. The final logo features a strong directional arrow giving a sense of progression, together with a bold font and a gradient colour palette which create a modern & young feel.

Development of materials has involved the design of a brand new responsive website for GetSet. The website continues the use of the gradient style colour palette, coupled with vibrant and bright imagery and graphics to target the younger audience. We have also created a number of other materials including Report templates and a PowerPoint training template.
