UK-based undergraduate students who graduated from Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) in 2020/21 are in the top 15% of the country for obtaining employment and/or going on to further study after their degrees, according to new data released by the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA)*.
The Graduate Outcomes survey is the biggest UK annual social survey, and captures the perspectives and current status of recent graduates. All graduates who completed a course are asked to take part in the survey around 15 months after they leave university after graduation. The survey aims to help current and future students gain an insight into career destinations and development.
The latest data shows ARU is in the top 15% of universities in England for UK undergraduates in employment and/or further study, and ranked third in the country and top in the East of England for graduates who are employed as managers, directors or senior officials.
ARU also ranked fourth among mainstream universities in England for the number of UK part-time undergraduates in employment and/or further study 15 months after graduating.
In addition, 75% of ARU graduates who have just obtained their first degree, live in the UK and are working in full-time employment earn at least £24k 15 months after graduating, and 11% earn at least £44k.
