15th & 16th October Scrum Product Owner Certification In Scrum, the Product Owner prioritizes the work for the development team to pursue each sprint, while representing the interests of customers and other stakeholders. The Product Owner is responsible for communicating the vision for the product to be built to the team and, therefore, is a driving force behind a project’s success or failure.
16th October Effective Appraisals Appraisals are an excellent tool to help managers manage the performance and development of their staff. However, for appraisals to work effectively it is essential for managers to understand the purpose and process of appraisals. This workshop shows managers how to use appraisals as a constructive and effective tool for staff development.
