Neil (pictured) identified sustainability as a key business driver, and Johnson Matthey's Environmental Technologies Division has grown into the largest business in JM, contributing over 65% of revenues. The sustainability initiative, 'Sustainability 2017', is on track to reduce the company’s environmental impact per unit output, while more than doubling earnings per share.
