Enterprise Europe Network East of England offers business support on your doorstep

St John’s Innovation Centre, the regional centre of excellence supporting high growth businesses, is delighted to be a new partner in the re-launched Enterprise Europe Network.

 

The Enterprise Europe Network, described as the world’s biggest support network for SMEs, has been designed to help businesses innovate, grow and succeed in the European marketplace through technology transfer or by finding new customers, suppliers or commercial partners.

The network is a consortium comprising 600 support organisations across more than 60+ countries, covering the EU and all global markets.

In partnership with Exemplas Holdings Ltd, St John’s Innovation Centre can give you free access to the world's largest business network, helping you make the right connections and supporting companies to develop their business internationally.  

Kirsten Masson, Development Manager of the Enterprise Europe Network at St John’s Innovation Centre said: “We are excited to have the opportunity to help tenants and other SMEs in the East of England to accelerate their growth, form partnerships and develop trading opportunities across Europe.”

Jointly funded by the European Commission and Innovate UK, the services are tailored to meet individual business objectives and can include help to find new markets, source business partners and explore technology partnerships. It is also a great way to access finance and public tenders while receiving information on intellectual property, research and development.

St John’s Innovation Centre was founded in 1987 by St John's College, Cambridge, the first pioneering business incubator of its kind in Europe. The Centre now provides almost 5,000m2 of managed workspace and flexible leases, currently occupied by around 87 companies and is also the base for around 350 virtual tenants most of whom are also startups.
