With an exceptional track record in drug delivery and surgical devices, Marcus brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a passion for ensuring exceptional user experiences.
In the dynamic and ever-evolving landscape of medical device development, the role of Human Factors has become paramount in designing products, systems, and interfaces that cater to the needs, preferences, and capabilities of the end-users. As a Senior Human Factors Lead, Marcus will be at the forefront of our mission to enhance user-centered design and provide a fully integrated engineering and product design experience for our customers.
Marcus’ experience delivering human factor programmes on drug device combination products to the requirements of ISO 62366 and FDA HF guidance means he can provide insight to clients on how to best assess and develop their products to provide a safe, effective and engaging experience for their users. Before joining Springboard, he led human factors activities at Oval Medical Technologies, contributing to the development of a range of autoinjector platforms and drug-device combinations, with other previous experience including surgical instruments and digital user interface design.
