This meeting was facilitated by our colleagues Dr Wang Liang from the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute (JITRI), which hosts the WAITRO Secretariat, and Wency Wang from the Nanjing Municipal Committee of Development and Reform (NMCDR). The WAITRO Secretariat has offices in Germany and China.
