"Any of the hundreds of courses that we offer can be organised as an in-house course for any Cambridge Network member," explains Ali Wilson, LC's courses and events manager. "What is more, we can arrange for it to be tailored to a company's specific business needs.
"If you want to train a number of staff - typically at least six - this can work out to be much more cost-effective and timely than sending them all on a scheduled external course. Some of our members do this regularly for courses such as transition to management, interviewing skills and introduction to coaching.
