Thomas, a chartered surveyor, joins Howard Group from JLL, where he spent the last five years, most recently in the Industrial & Logistics Agency team, with responsibility for a portfolio of clients across Hertfordshire and East Anglia. Prior to joining JLL, Thomas studied at the University of Cambridge (Emmanuel College) and was awarded his Masters in Planning, Growth and Regeneration in 2018.

Thomas’ appointment brings additional resource and expertise to the team as it continues to strive for excellence, whilst balancing its financial, environmental and social responsibilities as a long-term investor in people, places and ideas.

Thomas’ initial focus will be on implementing strategic asset plan initiatives across the portfolio, including leasing and redevelopment activity at Elizabeth and Juno Way Industrial Estates in Lewisham and reviewing the Group’s residential portfolio for future growth. Thomas will also be integrally involved in shaping the portfolio towards achieving the Group’s Centenary Vision to achieve net zero carbon by 2035.
