Jesus College welcomed existing and prospective clients to a prestigious Afternoon Tea to unveil its new West Court development which is scheduled for completion at the beginning of 2017.
Visitors were hosted in the Webb Library which has undergone extensive refurbishment and is now available for a wide range of events, from drinks receptions for 150 people to lectures for 75.
Showrounds in small groups were conducted by the Conference team.
Once completed, West Court will include a multi-functional Lecture Hall equipped with the latest communications technology providing opportunities for international engagement and able to seat up to 180 delegates. It will also house a dedicated events space, with a café bar, terrace area and an underground bar with an impressive vaulted ceiling. There will be 30 luxury hotel standard bedrooms available all-year round.
Already available for bookings are the Bawden Room can be used for smaller meetings and receptions and the oak panelled Dining Room which can seat up to 50 guests for dinner.
