Cambridge Open Studios, a thriving community of more than 500 artists, has announced the lead sponsors of its July Open Studios Art Festival 50th anniversary year: Aston Shaw, Babouris, Flawless UK Group, and Mills & Reeve.
The organisation, which is one of the oldest artist-run open studio initiatives in the country, is hosting its famous art festival every weekend in July (06 – 07, 13 – 14, 20 – 21, 27 – 28 July 2024). Open to all members of the public, the art festival offers people the opportunity to meet more than 350 working artists, explore their studios and learn more about the creative process.
Gabriella del Valle, Chair of the Cambridge Open Studios Management Team, said: “We are thrilled that the four organisations have chosen to support what promises to be an extra special golden jubilee for Cambridge Open Studios. With their support, we will be able to make this our biggest and best year yet, ensuring that we remain true to our original mission of making art accessible to the public. The July Open Studios has been celebrating art and creativity in Cambridgeshire for 50 years now and the generous support of our lead sponsors means that we can reach more people than ever to share our celebrations.”
Businesses that would like to promote their services to thousands of Cambridgeshire residents and visitors and support the county’s creative scene can still get involved. For more information about the sponsorship packages available, email events@consciouscomms.com.
