Learn how to assert yourself and organise someone else

A couple of Learning Collaboration courses in the next few months are designed to help PAs but also anyone be more confident in expressing themselves

Network membership means you automatically have the right to book on to any LC course at any time, while some categories of membership actually include LC training units.

Next month the Network is running a Assertiveness Skills training day. Assertiveness isn't about being dominant or getting your way all the time, the skills training is designed to support people to confidently express their needs.

Then in May our workshop is for new and experienced PAs. Working in the shadow of someone important and busy can make it difficult to avoid your own needs and aspirations being overlooked – by you and others.
