Train The Trainer on June 11th acknowledges that trainers need to establish their credibility within the first half hour of any training intervention. Then they have to build on that to create a valuable and enjoyable learning experience that changes performance.
This workshop will give you the tools and techniques necessary for achieving this.
After exploring a range of training styles, you will:
Develop effective training and presentation skills
Understand learning and how to build a programme around it
Identify your own training style and produce a plan to develop your skills
Consider a range of training methodologies, how to develop them and use them effectively
Present a training session and receive feedback on it
Develop an action plan for use when developing and running training programmes.
