Limited spaces left at local event to aid reflection of last 18 months

There's no doubt that the events of the past 18 months have shaped and changed almost everyone, both personally and professionally. This time has given us the chance to think about what we want going forward.Whether this period has meant enjoying a slower pace of life, or feeling challenged and overwhelmed by constant uncertainty, there may be habits, behaviour or mindsets you want to let go of. Likewise, there may be new activities, structures and aspects of a lifestyle you want to incorporate. This one day event in Duxford invites delegates to reflect back, reconnect with what's important and reset priorities to move forward for the rest of 2021 with confidence.

Research shows that people's priorities, lifestyles and behaviours have been impacted as a result of COVID-19 and the various lockdowns. Taking time to reflect on how things have changed will ensure learnings are captured and integrated into day to day life.

This event, which takes place at the inspirational setting of The Lodge in Duxford, provides delegates with much needed time and space to reflect on the past 18 months and work out what they want from life as a result - whether that be in their career, relationships or personal life.

Delegates who attend will come away with:

  • A renewed sense of energy and focus after reconnecting in a calm, supportive environment

  • Clarity of how the last 18 months has impacted them and what they want to take forward into the ‘new normal’

  • Awareness of their personal needs and how to better meet these needs to support self-care

  • A personal plan to enable them to move forward with confidence and certainty

  • New connections with like-minded people on a similar journey

  • Experience of group coaching and a knowledge of how guided reflection can support personal development and well-being.

The event is run by Gemma Brown Coaching and takes place on 18th September 9.30am-3.30pm.

Included in the event fee of £65 is:
