Summary
· Product is a SaaS product for employee engagement and trust building.
· Product already been through initial round of tests in Cambs. as a POC.
· We will need probably 3-4 rounds over lifetime. Starting at £1.5 to £2M.
· So far funded entirely by Directors Loans and “sweat” capital.
· Ambitious plans to target corporates with annual revenues £100- £200M in 5-7 years.
· We have an advisory board now.
· In the process of finalising financial model and pitch deck.
· Will be reaching out to Angel Groups at some point. but wanted to offer the opportunity wider at start.
· We are looking for a SEIS/EIS sponsor to help us get through registration.
· We have UK and EU trademarks on Engaged Intelligence ® and logos with UK registered trademarks.
· Currently operating under model articles and shareholders agreement
