Meet Cambridge, which was officially launched last November, is providing event organisers with an off-the-shelf registration package with fixed fees, as well as a range of additional event management services.
Launched in response to client feedback, the service is being delivered through a new partnership with Suzy Howes & associates ltd, a professional event service provider which was established in 2000 and is a member of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO).
Event organisers can benefit from help with different elements of the conference process including: Pre-event Registration which provides a branded online portal system to handle online payments for conference registration fees, accommodation and meals, as well as processing requests for visa application letters, issue receipts, confirmations and dietary requests.
There is also a Room Booking Service for organisers who may want delegates to book and pay for their own accommodation.
