The Investors in People report revealed that 98% of Mills & Reeve partners and employees were positive that the firm had a plan for the future; 97% were positive the firm had clear values; and 96% were positive that they trust the firm’s leaders.

Feedback from staff included:

"Mills & Reeve is the most collaborative employer I’ve ever worked with… within my first six months I’d seen it, I’d lived it and I knew it was genuine.”

“Other firms might talk about it, but here we are genuine about social change. Everyone has a part to play in making Mills & Reeve a better place to work."

“We respect each other, we’re supportive and enjoy working together, we’re open and honest, and we build strong client relationships… I don’t know anyone in Mills & Reeve that isn’t signed up to these values.”

Managing Partner, Claire Clarke, said: “We're very excited to announce that, after a lot of hard work by a lot of people, we've been successful in achieving Platinum Investors in People status.

“This platinum accreditation is valid for three years and is something that only 6% of more than 50,000 organisations assessed achieve. It was also a key strand of our 2025 strategy, and it's fantastic to have achieved this two years ahead of our original target.

“This is a huge achievement that we have been working towards for some time and is a credit to everyone at the firm – everyone contributes to and shapes the culture, and makes us who we are as a firm, so a huge thank you to everyone for enabling us to achieve this recognition.”
