In his new role, Chris will coach the multi-functional improvement teams to deliver best practice and achieve manufacturing excellence. Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager, he will ensure that people are trained in Business Improvement Techniques and given every opportunity to deliver their full potential.

Carl Haycock, UK Operations Director said: “We are delighted to welcome Chris to lead our Continuous Improvement culture, building on the success of our recent award for ‘Best Electronics and Electrical Plant’.”

Chris started his career with Rolls-Royce as a Manufacturing Engineering graduate working within the civil and military aerospace division and responsible for the Joint Strike Fighter and Trent engines that power the Airbus A380 and Boeing Dreamliner. He has since held roles within Manufacturing, Quality and Business Improvement, delivering and coordinating Lean-Six Sigma projects across the domestic supply chain.

Recently Domino Printing scooped the award for ‘Best Electronics and Electrical Plant’ at the annual Best Factory Awards, organised by Cranfield School of Management.
