Conference Cambridge has announced a new collaboration with Trident Hospitality, a specialist in the agency market, in order to raise awareness of its unique collection of venues and to expand its reach into this important sector.
The new partnership is backed up by a formal Code of Conduct and an Agents’ Promise which Conference Cambridge has developed in conjunction with its member venues. The agreements provide assurance that in handling an agent’s enquiry, a distinct level of service will be delivered as a minimum. In addition, Conference Cambridge member venues taking part in this new initiative will pay a minimum of 10% commission on confirmed business.
Kelly Vickers, Manager of Conference Cambridge said: “We are delighted to be working with Trident to offer our venues access to new markets and to forming new relationships with agents who may be looking for something different to offer their clients.
“Trident Hospitality not only has excellent connections with the agency market but also has the facility to represent Conference Cambridge, its venues and the City at exhibitions and industry specific events such as the Midlands Consortium of Conference Organisers (MCOCO).”
