Founder Inder Bull comments: "Our customers are always telling us how much they trust the quality of our food and that they look to us to provide new dishes for them to try. Whilst our seasonal menu delivers this variety to a certain extent, the inclusion of weekly specials on the menu provides the regular change and innovation sought.
"It's also such good fun pulling these dishes together, using family favourites and customer requests as a source of inspiration.
