In addition to chatting about their personal journey over the last 20 years and signing copies of The Happy Pear 20 (which features old classics and iconic favourites, as well as lessons learned over the past two decades), the original ‘eat more veg’ campaigners - will be demonstrating some of their delicious recipes. On the night guests can sample The Happy Pear’s signature sassy Sauerkraut, a delicious Happy Hummus, cheeky Choc Chip Cookie Dough Balls and an indulgent two-ingredient Chocolate Mousse.
