PA continues its commitment to invest in new talent, this year welcoming 90 graduates across its global offices in five countries. This investment reflects both PA’s commitment to developing graduates and strong demand for the firm’s unique end-to-end innovation services from its clients.
PA will expand its graduate hiring next year with the launch of its new 2021 graduate scheme. The programme will see the firm recruit 120 graduates over 12 months, across five geographies. This is the firm’s most ambitious graduate recruitment drive to date. As part of PA’s commitment to attract and hire diverse talent, the firm has partnered with SEOLondon, sponsors for educational opportunity. SEOLondon prepares talented students from ethnic minority or low socioeconomic backgrounds for career success.
All assessment centres will be held virtually this year, with graduates joining one of PA’s global offices from September 2021.
