Helena Wilkinson, Partner and Head of Charities and Not for Profit, at Price Bailey comments: “Charities are facing a growing list of challenges, that mean its governance arrangements need to be appropriate and robust to provide strategic focus and direction particularly with closer scrutiny from regulators. This series of seminars will look at some of the most pressing governance issues facing the sector and offer practical advice to trustees on how to navigate the changing regulatory landscape.”

“This will be a great opportunity to hear from the Charity Commission on how to fulfil your duties as a Trustee of a charity and the opportunity to clarify any concerns that you have with regards to governance either as a Trustee or senior manager.”
