RAND Europe's summer reception returns

RAND Europe, a Cambridge-based policy research organisation, held its ‘annual’ summer reception last week after a two-year delay due to the pandemic.

Gathering on the lawn of Westminster College, friends, clients and supporters heard RAND Europe’s President, Hans Pung (pictured), reaffirm the organisation’s commitment to finding policy solutions to the challenges that societies face around the world.

Pung stated: "The evidence RAND Europe gathers and the objective analysis we deliver can be key inputs to lasting and effective solutions to the wicked, chronic problems we face”. He went on to say how RAND Europe is grateful to be part of a Cambridge community in which, in partnership with others and through objective research and analysis, it can help make a difference to people’s lives in the local area.

RAND Europe is a member organisation of both Cambridge Network and Cambridge Ahead. It is also a partner with the Cambridge Centre for Health Services Research and The Health Improvement Studies Institute, both part of the University of Cambridge.

RAND Europe is the European affiliate of the RAND Corporation. Its mission is to help improve policy and decisionmaking through research and analysis. For more information see www.randeurope.org
