SJIC In-house team successfully complete award in Management Coaching and Mentoring

Three of the experienced in-house advisers and business coaches at St John’s Innovation Centre have been awarded a CMI level 5 award in Management Coaching and Mentoring.

While all have extensive experience in working with a wide variety of businesses, Janette Pallas, David Moir and Kirsten Masson attended a High-growth Coach Development programme in 2010 to ensure that they could offer the best coaching experience to their clients on the Coaching for High Growth programme delivered through 2011.

Each of the coaches then wrote an assignment reflecting on coaching practices used with their clients through the delivery period, which were assessed to meet the accredited standard for the level 5 award.

The team are currently delivering a programme of coaching support to high growth businesses on behalf of Huntingdonshire District Council, and as part of the national consortium delivering the new Business Coaching for Growth Programme, we will be offering business performance coaching to the wider community of potential high growth businesses.

Further information on the new programme (due to start Spring 2012) will be added to the SJIC website shortly.
