Requiring employees to get vaccinated before coming back to the workplace is the closest way to eliminating risk of infection at work.

When 90-year-old Margaret Keenan became the first person in the world to receive the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine, it marked a turning point in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic that has brought the world to a standstill.

Although it will be a while before it is more widely available to people of all age groups, companies will start to ponder how the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine will impact – or not – the return to the office.
