Trio of promotions showcase OST Marketing's strategic growth ambitions

In a show of its strategic growth ambitions, Cambridgeshire-based social media agency OST has announced a trio of promotions that reflect the ongoing evolution of the company as it establishes itself as one of the UK’s leading B2B agencies.

These promotions have arrived at the perfect time, as OST embark on more and more projects with B2B tech organisations, coordinating global campaigns across multiple countries and time zones.

As Stef Lait says, “Client success has always been a top priority for the agency, and this new focus will allow us to really explore the value we’re creating for clients in all aspects of what we do, ensuring we are delivering a seamless and exceptional experience that is having the desired effect on their bottom line.”

The need for a unified Strategy Director across the agency’s clients, which include Salesforce, Infosys, Tableau and Gett, has arisen as OST has grown in size and stature, and as more B2B organisations have recognised the need for both digital transformation on a broad level, but also a specific social media strategy.

Quoting Helen Sharpe, “It’s one thing having a social media strategy, but for effective execution, it must be bespoke, agile and supportive of the wider business goals. It’s an exciting time for us at OST; as we focus solely on B2B clients. Things are changing at lightning speed – and we’re able to help some of the biggest global brands adapt in ways their competitors dream of.”

OST Founder, Luke Brynley-Jones said, "I'm truly thrilled about Stef, Helen and Georgia's promotions. They've each risen through the ranks at OST and consistently excelled at what they do. They wholeheartedly deserve to be taking this next step. To my mind, there is also no greater testament to an agency's growth and potential than its ability to retain and promote talent. This is really a moment to savour for the whole business".
