UK government grants will secure a step-change in the way science, literature and IP intel...

The UK government’s Technology Strategy Board (TSB) has awarded grants to CambridgeIP to build on the company’s exceptional work in meeting the strategic information needs of R&D intensive organisations around the world.

CambridgeIP has already launched ‘Proof of Market’ and ‘Proof of Concept’ projects on the back of the TSB grants. The interactive projects are open to participation by business users in all industries and of all sizes – CambridgeIP is already working with end users including Fortune 500 companies and SMEs under the projects. CambridgeIP will ensure that users are at the forefront of transformative technology intelligence trends. To complete the projects CambridgeIP will be using leading technology providers in the cloud storage and literature search spaces, including Amazon Web Services (AWS).

CambridgeIP's CEO Ilian Iliev explained:  "We want to bring patent landscaping and science literature landscaping best practice into the modern era. Our next generation of tools will lead to a step-change in the way intellectual property (IP) intelligence is developed and accessed by major organisations, and facilitate Open Innovation initiatives in Corporations and SMEs alike.”
