Organised by Meet Cambridge, the conference and events bureau for Cambridge and the region, the exclusive showrounds are limited to 12 people and comprise two or three venues all within one session – making it effective for organisers in terms of time.
Places on the tours need to be reserved but are free of charge to event organisers.
Most tours within the city are on foot but for those beyond, complimentary transport to and from central Cambridge is provided.
The next Open Doors event will take place on Wednesday 11th July, from 10.00am – 1.00pm when attendees will visit:
- Hotel Felix (pictured) set in beautiful, leafy gardens, just one mile out of Cambridge, offers contemporary rooms and an in-house art collection, with spaces to relax and unwind
- Cambridge Belfry Hotel, a stunning 4* property with a lakeside location, has eight state-of-the-art conference and meeting rooms, suitable for two to 250 people
- Madingley Hall, a sixteenth century country house about three miles west of Cambridge and the historic City centre and with easy access from the M11, the A14 from the North and East, and the A428 from the West.
