Whether or not you are in the market for a new job, you can't afford to miss the chance to see what's available and to hear from some of the region's leading employer companies.
Candidates attending the event, from 12 noon to 4pm at The Hauser Forum (Entrepreneurship Centre, 3 Charles Babbage Road, Cambridge CB3 0GT) have the added bonus of a series of workshops designed to help you learn about the industries in which some of the organisations operate, as well as their working environments, values and culture.
Despite the Cambridge region's reputation for high-tech – and of course there are many software, engineering, science and technical vacancies – there is a remarkable breadth of opportunity, with roles in sales, marketing, administration, HR, finance, communications and legal also on offer.
“There will be hundreds of jobs available in the room,” says Claire Angus, Head of the Network's popular jobs board Recruitment Gateway, “and there is literally something for everyone.”
See the full list of companies which will be represented at the event here.
Although potential candidates can just drop in anytime that afternoon, they are encouraged to sign up (it's free) and if you are interested in attending any of the workshops (see the list below), please email Claire.Angus@cambridgenetwork.co.uk to indicate your particular interests and help the team manage numbers.
As well as a series of workshops from 12 noon to 2pm from retail giant Amazon, three other event sponsors will be offering interactive workshops:
