Xaar, the world’s leading independent supplier of industrial inkjet printheads, will highlight how the unique design and performance of the Xaar 1001 inkjet printhead has made it the printhead of choice for ceramic manufacturers at Forn&Cer (Stand D2, 18-21June 2013, Sao Paulo, Brazil).
At the Forn&Cer Congress Digital Decoration Day (8.15-11.55am on 20June) Xaar joins with three of its partners: KERAjet, Intesa-Sacmi and EFI Cretaprint, to talk about the innovative technology, features, benefits and trends of digital ceramic tile decoration. During his 30-minute presentation at 9.10am, Edsel Lonza, Sales Manager, Xaar Latin America, will describe the unique technology within the Xaar 1001 printhead; the considerable benefits that this market-leading printhead is bringing to tile manufacturers; and the importance of using the correct waveform and approved inks to ensure the best production results.
The revolutionary design of the Xaar 1001 printhead, with Xaar’s patented TF Technology™ ink recirculation and Hybrid Side Shooter™ (HSS™) architecture, has made it the ceramic industry’s most successful printhead. Despite other printhead manufacturers’ claims about ink recirculation, only the Xaar 1001’s TF Technology™ combined with HSS™ can deliver the high flow rate past the back of the printhead nozzle during drop ejection for effective air bubble and particle removal. This means that no other printhead can deliver the same high levels of reliability and machine uptime whilst also requiring very low maintenance.
Visitors to the show are invited to meet Edsel and the Xaar Brazil team on Stand D2 to discuss the benefits of Xaar technology in more depth. They can also obtain details about Xaar 1001-enabled ceramic tile digital decoration printers from: EFI Cretaprint (Stand C6/7), Foshan Meijia Ceramic Equipment Co Ltd (Stand G8), Intesa-Sacmi (Stand D6/7), KERAjet (Stand B5/6 & B13/14), SiTi B&T (Stand F5/6) and TecnoFerrari (Stand C10/11).
“No other printhead has the same true ink recirculation capabilities and high flow rate as the Xaar 1001. As a consequence, this printhead is dominating the rapid adoption of digital decoration in the ceramics industry globally,” says Edsel Lonza. “As a result, many of the world’s leading tile producers have chosen printers with the Xaar 1001. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our stand at Forn&Cer. ”
