Boundaries are an important element of self-care so that we can maintain our well-being, resilience and confidence. However, we are much more practiced (and comfortable) at putting others' needs first. Sometimes to our own detriment.
To be at our best we need to understand what boundaries we need to thrive, confidently communicate them to others and feel strong enough to maintain them. In this session we will cover:

> Communicating boundaries
> Maintaining and respecting boundaries
Explore your relationship with your own boundaries so that you can learn to say no to others and start saying yes to yourself.
