The event aims to shed light on the significance of embracing neurodiversity and provide practical insights for organisations to create an inclusive environment. Our speaker, Dr. Deborah Leveroy, Head of Consultancy and Research at neurobox, will share her expertise and real-world examples.

About Dr Deborah Leveroy – Head of Research and Consultancy: Deborah is a practitioner and academic with 14 years of experience researching and working in the neurodiversity field. Her work is published in several Routledge peer-reviewed journals, the British Dyslexia Association handbook, and People Management magazine. Deborah has a PhD in dyslexia from the University of Kent. She brings her varied background to her role, having worked as a disability advisor, strategy coach, study skills tutor, university lecturer and theatre practitioner.
At neurobox, Deborah provides consultancy services to organisations to enable neuroinclusion in the workplace. She also advises on academic and industry research projects and leads on our R & D insight panels.
