Come and join us for a 90-minute session with Nick O’Sullivan MBE. Nick will share his own journey of discovery as to what a good strategy looks like, what it does and how to create one.
Nick is a former Royal Marine who served for 13 years, four of which were with the Special Forces Group. Between his military career and subsequent experience in the private sector he has firmly established himself as a highly regarded strategic planning facilitator and has supported businesses, leadership teams and boards across the UK. More broadly he is a Chartered Companion of the Chartered Management Institute, and a professional speaker on a wide range of leadership topics.
